As a Human Resources (HR) Executive at Aptlogica Technologies Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's workforce and fostering a positive work environment. We are seeking a talented individual proficient in MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel, and English proficiency (spoken) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing recruitment processes from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
2. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
3. Handling employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
4. Managing performance appraisal processes and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
5. Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
6. Maintaining employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Assisting with HR projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and development of the organization.
