About the job

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to support Talent Acquisition and day-to-day HR operations. The role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, documentation, and workforce coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

1) Recruitment: Support end-to-end recruitment and high-volume hiring requirements.
2) HR Operations: Support onboarding, employee documentation, employee records, and exit formalities.
3) HR Policies & Compliance: Assist in drafting, updating, documenting, and communicating HR policies and internal guidelines.
4) Employee Relations: Help document employee concerns and grievances, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain confidentiality.
5) Employee Engagement: Support internal HR communications, engagement activities, and employee feedback initiatives.
6) HR Reporting: Maintain HR databases, trackers, and reports while assisting with process improvements.
