About the job

Lakkadhaara Furniture is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR manager to manage recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying, attracting, and hiring quality talent across Jaipur for factory, sales, accounts, administration, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
2. Source quality talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and local networks.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
4. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
5. Handle employee onboarding, attendance, documentation, and HR records.
6. Support employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, and HR policies.
7. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to management.

5. Knowledge of Jaipur’s talent market is preferred.

6. Ability to take ownership, manage multiple vacancies, and deliver results.
