Who can apply

1. The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline, preferably with an MBA/PGDM in human resources
2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience is preferred
3. The candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Knowledge of recruitment and employee management
5. Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
6. Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
7. Candidates with experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and performance management will be preferred
