Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
2. Assist with employee onboarding and HR operations, including documentation, joining formalities, attendance/leave records, employee databases, and other HR documentation.
3. Coordinate with candidates, employees, and department leads to ensure smooth communication regarding hiring requirements, interviews, onboarding, and employee-related queries.
4. Support employee engagement and HR initiatives such as team activities, internal events, employee communication, and campus/volume hiring activities.
5. Maintain accurate HR reports and trackers while ensuring confidentiality, timely updates, and proper organization of employee and recruitment information.
