Skillmate is a growing digital marketing agency looking for a proactive HR Recruiter who is passionate about people, hiring, and building a long-term career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer closure and onboarding.
2. Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with founders and hiring managers.
3. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and manage follow-ups.
5. Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
6. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
7. Support HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
8. Assist with performance management, HR policies, employee feedback, learning and development, and culture-building initiatives.
