Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage employee attendance and document records
2. Manage stationery and office supplies
3. Record material entries and dispatches
4. Coordinate facilities and housekeeping activities
5. Coordinate customer visits
6. Schedule and coordinate interviews
7. Maintain and update policy documentation
8. Maintain voucher and petty cash files
9. Coordinate brochures, diaries, and samples
10. Process bill payments and follow up on pending payments
11. File delivery notes and invoices
12. Manage vendors for raw materials and supplies
13. Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings
14. Manage reception and security activities
15. Manage PPE and staff lockers
16. Manage employee work areas and cafeteria activities
17. Handle additional assigned responsibilities
