About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to selection, offer rollout and onboarding.
2. Identify and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels.
3. Work closely with employees and internal teams on day-to-day HR operations and people-related activities
4. Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, induction and orientation for new employees.
5. Assist with employee offboarding and exit-related processes in coordination with the concerned teams.
6. Assist in addressing and coordinating employee grievances and HR-related concerns professionally and promptly.
7. Handle candidate closures, including offer discussions, salary negotiation and joining coordination.
8. Maintain and update employee databases, HR records, trackers, MIS and other HR-related data accurately.
