Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from defining job requirements and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and facilitating the selection and onboarding of qualified candidates.
2. Collaborate with departments to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
3. Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related paperwork.
4. Design and execute engaging activities, motivational sessions, and internal communications that foster a vibrant workplace culture.
5. Ensure adherence to labor laws, government regulations, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
6. Monitor attendance, manage leave records, and coordinate with HR and Accounts for payroll processing. Liaise with third-party vendors for attendance systems and resource provisioning.
7. Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with changing organizational needs and compliance requirements.
8. Serve as a point of contact for employees to express concerns, grievances, or conflicts in a confidential and empathetic manner.
9. Oversee general office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and organized work environment.
10. Handle sensitive HR and administrative matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
11. Maintain accurate records of company assets issued to employees and coordinate timely handovers.
12. Conduct exit interviews, manage full & final settlements, and ensure departing employees leave with a positive impression of the company.
13. Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
14. Oversee office facilities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a conducive working environment.
15. Maintain accurate employee records, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
