Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
2. Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Coordinate and execute training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
4. Maintain accurate HR records and data, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
5. Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.
6. Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
7. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, guiding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
