As a Human Resources (HR) Executive at RezLytix, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human capital needs. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel, along with strong English proficiency (both spoken and written), will be key in executing your responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.
2. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information.
3. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
4. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
5. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
6. Assist with performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback.
7. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement.
