3. Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
4. Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
5. Providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
6. Assisting in employee relations activities and resolving minor conflicts or issues.
7. Collaborating with the HR team to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
