Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
3. Help coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for staff members.
4. Assist with maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
5. Support the performance management process by collecting and analyzing feedback from employees.
6. Assist with employee relations initiatives, including conducting surveys and organizing team-building activities.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience at NayePankh Foundation.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 /year
