Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
2. Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems with accurate and timely information.
3. Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
4. Process payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees.
5. Prepare various HR reports and MIS for management review and decision-making.
6. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
7. Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
