Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
2. Maintain employee records, documents, and HR databases.
3. Manage daily attendance, leave, and employee records.
4. Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
5. Prepare joining and exit documentation.
6. Maintain employee performance and appraisal records.
7. Assist with payroll-related data and monthly attendance reports.
8. Handle employee queries and coordinate with management.
9. Communicate company policies, announcements, and updates to employees.
10. Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Probation:
