About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
2. Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
3. Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
4. Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates.
5. Conduct initial candidate communication and understand their availability and requirements.
6. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
7. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
8. Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring databases.
9. Assist in managing the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection.
10. Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and joining formalities.
11. Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
12. Maintain HR-related records and documentation.
13. Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
14. Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.
15. Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives when required.

Required:

1. Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2. Freshers are welcome to apply.

5. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

6. Interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.

7. Good organizational and time-management skills.

9. Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
