About the job

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented junior talent acquisition executive to join Gimmmick Media & Entertainment. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial HR calls, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and assisting with onboarding. You will work closely with the management and department heads to understand hiring requirements and recruit talent across creative, marketing, video production, social media, business development, client servicing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through Internshala, LinkedIn, job portals, Instagram, and other platforms
2. Screen resumes and portfolios based on job requirements
3. Conduct initial candidate screening calls
4. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
5. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
6. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
7. Assist with offer letters and joining formalities
8. Support employee onboarding and basic HR documentation
9. Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring requirements
10. Assist in creating recruitment posts and employer branding activities

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to build a career in talent acquisition and HR while working closely with the management of a growing creative company.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,80,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year
