Key Responsibilities
1. Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
2. Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
3. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
6. Prepare HR reports and ensure accurate record keeping.
