Key responsibilities:

1. Support end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
2. Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
3. Assist with onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
4. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
5. Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
6. Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
