Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, feedback collection, selection, and preparation of offer documentation.
2. Handle the employee lifecycle by coordinating onboarding, documentation, orientation, employee records, HR queries, and off boarding/exit formalities with professionalism and confidentiality.
3. Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure timely hiring across different teams.
4. Maintain and analyze recruitment and HR reports, track candidate pipelines and interview feedback, and provide actionable updates to support effective hiring and HR decisions.
