We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled HR Executive to join our team at Sevagiri Realtors. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our human resources department. Your proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel, coupled with your excellent English proficiency (spoken and written), will be key assets in this role.

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates.
2. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions when necessary.
3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
4. Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
6. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance appraisals and setting goals.
7. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
