As an HR Executive at Advantra, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success by managing various HR functions. Your expertise in MS-Office, recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and employee relations will be essential in ensuring a positive employee experience and fostering a strong company culture. Your proficiency in English will also be key in effectively communicating with employees and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
2. Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
3. Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, providing them with all necessary information and resources to smoothly transition into their roles.
4. Coordinate interviews and assessments for candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
5. Drive employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, surveys, and recognition programs to boost morale and motivation.
6. Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, resolving conflicts and issues in a timely and fair manner.
7. Develop and implement HR branding strategies to attract and retain top talent, showcasing Advantra as an employer of choice in the industry.
