About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end hiring - post jobs, screen applications and video assessments, schedule and coordinate interviews
2. Coordinate with hiring managers across sales, marketing and tech teams on open roles
3. Handle onboarding - offer letters, documentation, induction and system access for new joiners
4. Maintain employee records, attendance and leave trackers, and support monthly payroll inputs
5. Plan employee engagement activities and handle day-to-day employee queries

Other requirements

1. Excellent spoken and written English communication
