About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Requirement Understanding: Understand job requirements, job descriptions, candidate profiles, and hiring expectations from clients or hiring managers.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
3. Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, shortlist candidates based on job requirements, and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, share interview details, and ensure candidates are prepared for the interview process.
5. Client & Candidate Coordination: Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients, collect interview feedback, and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Recruitment Tracking & Database Management: Maintain candidate databases, update recruitment trackers, manage candidate records, and prepare regular recruitment status reports.
7. Recruitment Closure: Follow up with selected candidates regarding offers, documentation, and joining formalities to ensure successful recruitment closure.

5. Capable of handling multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

6. Result-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment targets and timelines.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
