About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
3. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

B. Employee Onboarding
1. Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees.
2. Ensure smooth joining formalities, documentation, induction, and orientation.
3. Help new employees integrate effectively into the organisation.

C. Training & Development
1. Identify training and development needs across teams.
2. Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs.
3. Support initiatives focused on employee growth, capability building, and professional development.

D. Employee Relations
1. Act as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related queries and concerns.
2. Build strong relationships with employees and create an open and approachable HR environment.
3. Address employee concerns and grievances fairly and professionally.
4. Support managers in handling people-related matters.

E. Employee Engagement
1. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events.
2. Drive initiatives that contribute to employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
3. Regularly gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.

F. Payroll & HR Operations
1. Coordinate and manage the monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
2. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
3. Manage attendance, leave records, and other routine HR operations.
4. Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.

2. Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.

3. Experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, training and development, and payroll.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong ownership and ability to work independently.

6. Someone who is approachable, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR priorities simultaneously.

8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

9. High level of confidentiality, maturity, and professionalism.
