Role & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage qualified IT candidates (developers, DevOps, cloud engineers, QA, etc.) through LinkedIn, job portals, and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct technical screening calls to validate skills, cultural fit, and motivation for IT roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success metrics, and tailor sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from requisition to offer—ensuring timely, high-quality hires.
• Track and report KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) to optimize recruitment efficiency.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using CRM/ATS tools and employer branding touchpoints.
