Role & Responsibilities
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS tools.
Coordinate scheduling for interviews across multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to offer letter follow-up—across entry to mid-level roles.
Assist in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives across Indian colleges and universities.
Collaborate with HR team to maintain accurate records, update HR databases, and generate weekly recruitment metrics.
Participate in onboarding new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and welcome kit coordination.
