Role & Responsibilities

• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS tools.
• Coordinate scheduling for interviews across multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to offer letter follow-up—across entry to mid-level roles.
• Assist in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives across Indian colleges and universities.
• Collaborate with HR team to maintain accurate records, update HR databases, and generate weekly recruitment metrics.
• Participate in onboarding new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and welcome kit coordination.
