Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions and an opportunity to develop practical knowledge of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment , including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Support joining and onboarding activities , including documentation and employee records.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases .
Coordinate with employees and managers regarding HR-related requirements.
Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Degree a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
Minimum experience in talent aquisition, end to end recruitment is a must.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
