About the job

As an HR - End-to-End Recruitment professional at Arin Consultancy Private Limited, you'll coordinate hiring from initial role discussions through offer acceptance, keeping communication clear and the process organized for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Discuss hiring needs with clients, clarify role requirements, and confirm priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
2. Prepare clear job descriptions and post openings through appropriate recruitment channels.
3. Source and screen applicants, assessing their skills and suitability against the agreed requirements.
4. Coordinate interview schedules, share timely updates, and gather feedback from clients and candidates.
5. Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress across each stage of the recruitment process.
6. Support offer discussions and follow up with selected candidates through acceptance and joining arrangements.
7. Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment timelines, resolving coordination issues with professionalism and care.
