Amgen seeks a Senior Manager for HR Transformation and Internal Consulting in Hyderabad to lead large-scale, global HR modernization initiatives. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-year, large-scale global HR transformation projects with planning through sustainment
Serve as strategic advisor to senior HR and business leaders on transformation progress, risks, and organizational implications
Define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and recommend modernization opportunities including AI and digital solutions
Oversee complex workstreams across multiple functions and geographies with governance frameworks and performance metrics
Partner with Change Management to develop communications, training, and adoption plans; drive accountability and execution excellence
Requirements
Master's or Doctorate degree with 12+ years total HR function experience
4+ years of HR project management or HR transformation experience
5+ years managing projects in multinational organizations (preferred)
Experience in HR consulting, digital transformation, or operating model design
Project management tools proficiency (Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)
HR systems knowledge (Workday, ServiceNow, Orgvue, Visier preferred)
Workshop facilitation, training development, and change management expertise
