Employment Type: Fulltime
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding of new employees.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop hiring and talent management strategies.
Drive employee onboarding, induction, and probation management processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, engagement, and offboarding.
Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles, and development plans.
Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
Develop and execute employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR best practices.
Maintain and manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate compensation, benefits administration, payroll inputs, and employee rewards programs.
Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on hiring, retention, employee engagement, performance, and workforce trends.
Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training programs to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
Support organizational development initiatives, change management activities, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment aligned with the company's values and business goals.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
