We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent for our hotel operations and administrative teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right fit for each role.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates for hotel departments like housekeeping, F&B, front office, and administration.
• Job Posting & Sourcing : Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, and actively source candidates using tools like LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.
• Candidate Evaluation : Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Employer Branding : Promote ITC Maratha as an employer of choice through career fairs, partnerships, and online engagement.
• Recruitment Metrics : Maintain and analyze data on recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Compliance : Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies, labor laws, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of hospitality job roles and requirements is a plus.
