About the job

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Recruitment
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an HR recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
5. Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining.
6. Understand client requirements and work on relevant positions.
7. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
8. Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
