We are looking for a driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring. You will partner with your HOD to source quality talent, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from the first call to onboarding.
Partner with HOD to understand role requirements, skills, and hiring timelines
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
Manage multiple open positions across functions/levels at the same time
Negotiate compensation and notice periods, and reduce offer drop-offs through regular follow-ups
Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring trackers.
Share regular MIS and status updates on open positions, interviews, and closures
Ensure a positive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience
Preferably from a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm, or a pure hiring (talent acquisition) profile
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using various job portals.
Experience in closing positions within defined TATs and targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office
Graduate in any discipline (MBA-HR preferred, not mandatory) & preference for candidates who have worked for hiring requirements of Interior Designer Firm, comfortable to travel to Powai location in Mumbai & can work on multiple requirements at a time
