About the Role:

We are looking for a driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring. You will partner with your HOD to source quality talent, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from the first call to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure
• Partner with HOD to understand role requirements, skills, and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Manage multiple open positions across functions/levels at the same time
• Negotiate compensation and notice periods, and reduce offer drop-offs through regular follow-ups
• Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring trackers.
• Share regular MIS and status updates on open positions, interviews, and closures
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience
• Preferably from a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm, or a pure hiring (talent acquisition) profile
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using various job portals.
• Experience in closing positions within defined TATs and targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA-HR preferred, not mandatory) & preference for candidates who have worked for hiring requirements of Interior Designer Firm, comfortable to travel to Powai location in Mumbai & can work on multiple requirements at a time
