Job Details

  • Location: 100% remote / work from home
  • Working days: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays
  • Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives
  • Education: Graduate or MBA in HR; freshers may apply for eligible positions

Preferred Recruitment Experience

Experience in engineering, EPC, heavy machinery, real estate, construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, automotive, infrastructure, highways, retail, sales, or bulk hiring is preferred.

Note: This is a Non-IT recruitment opportunity. Candidates with experience exclusively in IT recruitment may not be suitable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through candidate onboarding.
  • Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and screening calls.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary discussions, offers, and joining follow-ups.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.
  • Work toward defined sourcing, screening, and monthly closure targets.
