We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Recruiter Intern to support the recruitment team in candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and confirmations.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening resumes.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules.
Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in preparing interview reports and recruitment MIS.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
