About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
2. Handle salary negotiations, offer finalisation, and employee onboarding.
3. Manage attendance, leave, employee discipline, and HR policies.
4. Handle team management, employee grievances, retention, and engagement.
5. Maintain HR documentation, monitor employee performance, and provide regular updates to management.
