Role: Culture & People Partner (Consultant)
Experience Range: 1-3 years
We are looking for smart, creative people enablers to join our team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will carry out our people initiatives, provide excellent support to employees and managers and drive HR programs and process improvement. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the unit's financial position, midrange plans, culture, and competition.
Manage the end-to-end Internal Job Posting (IJP) process on the platform, including job posting, application tracking, workflow management, stakeholder coordination, and closure.
Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders to enable smooth movement of candidates through the IJP process.
Maintain and update IJP trackers, monitor key process metrics, and collaborate with the Analytics team to support dashboard creation and reporting.
Provide regular stakeholder updates on program status, highlighting progress, key metrics, risks, bottlenecks, and recommended actions.
Monitor process effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Own the end-to-end operations and communications for our talent programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, guiding them through the policies, workflows, and program requirements.
Maintain accurate employee databases, track program participation, and generate regular dashboards.
Continuously audit existing processes to identify bottlenecks and update documentation (SOPs, FAQs, policies) for better efficiency.
Gather, analyze and incorporate participant feedback to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and impact of internal talent programs.
Contribute to additional People and Culture projects, based on requirements from time to time
Experience in IJP, Talent Mobility, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment would be a plus
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
Talent Mapping Exposure: Hands-on experience running talent calibration cycles or HiPot identification would be an added advantage
Strong Conflict Reolution & Tact: High emotional intelligence to handle sensitive internal dynamics
