You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, administering benefits, and maintaining our HRIS data integrity. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain employee data with accuracy and confidentiality in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Coordinate the entire onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Generate and analyze HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and other relevant data to support business decisions.
