Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain employee data with accuracy and confidentiality in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
Coordinate the entire onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Generate and analyze HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and other relevant data to support business decisions.
