Possess an MBA or PGDM degree with a specialization in Human Resources; this qualification is highly preferred.
Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant work experience in HR operations or administration.
Exhibit exceptional proficiency in English communication and strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Display advanced capabilities in organizational planning, coordination, and independent task management.
Have proven expertise in handling HR documentation, record management systems, and payroll administration.
Must possess mandatory proficiency in the Gujarati language to handle local communication and documentation effectively.
