We are currently working with a diverse set of clients in India and overseas on sustainability integration, responsible investment, and climate action. We are looking for an HR operations analyst to join our growing team. The role offers an opportunity to work across multiple facets of human resources. The individual will work closely with the HR Lead, business teams, and employees to support and enhance people processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting talent initiatives, maintaining employee records and compliance requirements, coordinating engagement activities, and contributing to process improvement and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting recruitment activities, onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and employee records management.
2. Assisting in employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.
3. Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, SOPs, and people processes.
4. Maintaining employee data, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records.
5. Coordinating statutory compliance activities, maintaining legal registers, and supporting audits and regulatory requirements.
6. Contributing to employer branding, campus hiring initiatives, process improvements, and other HR projects as required.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

2. Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management 

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

4. Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, psychology, commerce, or a related field.

5. Prior internship or work experience in talent acquisition, people operations, recruitment, employee engagement, or related HR functions is preferred.

6. Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and teamwork skills.

7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and take ownership.

8. This role is best suited for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience, including relevant internships.

9. Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
