We are looking for an experienced and responsible Human Resources Manager who can manage our employees, hiring processes, workplace operations, and day-to-day HR requirements.
Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, interviews, and hiring.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, documents, and other HR records.
Manage employee performance, feedback, appraisals, and regular follow-ups.
Create and implement HR policies and ensure they are followed.
Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Plan employee engagement, team-building activities, training, and development programs.
Support salary, compensation, benefits, incentives, and other employee-related processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and labour regulations.
Prepare basic HR reports and regularly update management on employee and recruitment matters.
Office & Maintenance Staff Management The HR Manager will also be responsible for managing the daily maintenance and support staff of the office.
Supervising housekeeping, cleaning staff, office helpers, and other support staff.
Assigning and monitoring their daily duties.
Ensuring the office remains clean, organized, safe, and properly maintained.
Coordinating the availability or purchase of cleaning materials, office essentials, uniforms, equipment, and other required resources.
Ensuring basic office facilities and resources are properly available for employees.
Previous experience in HR, preferably as an HR Manager, HR Executive, or similar role.
Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee management, and HR documentation.
Strong communication and people-management skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
Comfortable using MS Office, HR software, attendance systems, and basic reporting tools.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a startup, education company, or growing organization will be an advantage.
