Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at SimpliIntern. The ideal candidate should be interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in managing recruitment activities and supporting day-to-day HR functions in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and internal team coordination.
• Follow up with clients
