About the Company:

The foundation is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support people-focused operations and gain practical exposure to the complete employee lifecycle in a purpose-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
• Support onboarding activities, employee documentation, attendance tracking, and HR database updates.
• Help prepare internal communications, HR reports, and routine administrative documents.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling employee and applicant information.

Requirements:

• Suitable for candidates interested in Human Resources, recruitment, administration, or people operations.
• Strong communication, organisation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and a willingness to learn HR processes.
• Applicants should be dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working from the foundation’s office.
• No prior professional experience is required; relevant academic or volunteer exposure is welcome.

This is a 6-month unpaid internship offering hands-on learning and practical exposure to HR operations at Ugata Suraj Foundation.
