The foundation is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support people-focused operations and gain practical exposure to the complete employee lifecycle in a purpose-oriented workplace.
Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
Support onboarding activities, employee documentation, attendance tracking, and HR database updates.
Help prepare internal communications, HR reports, and routine administrative documents.
Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.
Maintain confidentiality while handling employee and applicant information.
Requirements:
Suitable for candidates interested in Human Resources, recruitment, administration, or people operations.
Strong communication, organisation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and a willingness to learn HR processes.
Applicants should be dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working from the foundation’s office.
No prior professional experience is required; relevant academic or volunteer exposure is welcome.
