About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and talent management. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Interview Coordination: Communicate with candidates, manage interview schedules, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
HR Operations: Assist with maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and managing documentation.
Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, and internal communication.
Performance Tracking: Help maintain performance-related records and prepare basic HR reports.
Compensation & Coordination: Assist with salary-related documentation and employee coordination under the guidance of the HR team.
Reporting & Data Management: Use MS Excel and other tools to maintain recruitment trackers, employee data, and HR reports.
Communication: Coordinate effectively with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Prior HR or recruitment internship experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
