Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, social media management, and employee engagement.

What You Will Learn and Contribute To

• Understand and Support the End-to-End Employee Life Cycle
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Learn about employee lifecycle management, from hiring to exit processes.
  • Gain insights into HR documentation and compliance.
• Social Media Management for HR Initiatives
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms for employer branding purposes.
  • Create and curate engaging content to highlight the company culture, achievements, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams to design campaigns that attract talent and improve employee engagement.
• Employee Engagement Activities
  • Plan and execute fun and meaningful employee engagement activities.
  • Collect and analyse feedback to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Support initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and morale.
• Employer Branding
  • Build and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Develop strategies to showcase the company’s values, culture, and opportunities on various platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing and HR teams to align branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with an interest in social media and content creation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
